The posters sessions will take place in AF-Borgen, in Festvåningen and Sångsalen. The poster sessions are during lunch, afternoon fika and a poster session after parallel session II. All poster presenters are expected to be present during these times in order to answer questions.
The poster session after parallel session II is split in two so that also poster presenters have the opportunity to see other posters:
– Even numbered posters should be manned between 17:00 – 17:45
– Odd-numbered posters should be manned between 17:45 – 18:30
Ten poster presenters have been selected to make a poster pitch presentation in the morning session.
There will be poster prizes/awards.
You will be able to set up your poster in AF Borgen from 11:30. The posters should be up for the lunch break, so please make sure to set it up immediately after the plenary talks and before taking lunch.

At 18:30 you need to quickly take your poster down as we have to be out of AF Borgen at 19:00.
The poster screens are 90 cm wide and 190 cm tall.
